A Women Within

Always enchanted by the illuminating features of woman, I am really haunted by them. Hence while painting the sketches of a woman, I always give a vast scope to my ideas and emotions, innovation is the additional part of it.

*About my Paintings….

For this series, I have been chosen various moods, shades of emotions which are directly co-related to the five subtle Constituents of matter “Panchamahabhuta Tatva” existing permanently in the inner soul of us.

1. Yuga – Nirmati Yugandhara Aham! (Prithvi)

Who am I? I am a “Creator of an Era.” I am Mother Earth. New Creation, innovation, beauty are some of the elegant characteristics of a woman exactly like earth. She balances the whole universe with her able hands quite skilfully.

2. Vishwamangala Aham! (Aap)

I am auspicious, benevolent and mother of the cosmos, a complete philanthropist. Having sacred vessel/pitches in her delicate hands, she is a perfect symbol of water, element bathing the entire universe affectionately.

3. Tejomandita Bhavami Aham! (Tej)

I am glittering with an unusual brilliance. Enlightning the universe with my own spiritual grace and abilities, I am here with a glorious, divine globe in my hand.

4. Bhayarahita Bhavami Aham! (Vayu)

How fearless I am! Being a symbol of gaseous element, I’m encountering any threat quite ably. In spite of abundant beautiful forms of a woman, she seems to be more attractive, more charming in her role of a ‘Beloved’. Her spontaneous, natural, youthful emotions are filled in her soul. She has devotedly worshipped an image of a prince in her mind. The painting becomes more and more spectacular when the prince in her dream arrives in the form of peacock stealthily and puts on a garland of pearls around her neck. It makes her engrossed deep in his thought. How, eager she is to share her heartfelt experience of his sporadic visit to her dear ones! Those are the precious moments expressed on her face are depicted here. Her peaceful, happy dialogue with the peacock is a unique amalgamation. The fusion of her innermost feelings with the presence of the prince is the reason of the uniqueness. Now this is the high time, she is awaiting a call of new creation, new production.

5. Bandhanmukta Bhavami Aham! (Akash)

Finally, we see the totally free woman who has set out for the eternal journey. She has defied all the bindings and with determination, she is moving ahead. When she comes to know that the dear one, the prince in her dream is nobody else, but “Lord Krishna Himself”, her joys know no bounds. The same flow is witnessed in the painting.

Thus the ‘Woman’ having a perfect blending of the five classical elements in the cosmos, is certainly not a weaker one. She has acquired the energy, radiance, brilliance, strength from the indefinite power of the universe. Now she is about to spread the same all over the earth enlightening the Earth. Eventually her getting one with the elements in the space is simply marvellous, miraculous. She is a woman in her illuminating, supreme, auspicious, benevolent form. She is a true altruist. She is a Philanthropist. She is rich, affluent with innumerable values.
